Naples Park Floors.
Engineered residential and commercial floor systems in Naples Park, FL. Epoxy Guys are family-owned a few minutes down the road in Naples and have been since 2012, with the same install standard and lifetime adhesion warranty in every city we serve.
Naples Park is a grid-pattern neighborhood just north of Vanderbilt Beach, popular with short-term rental investors and homeowners who want proximity to the Gulf without a gated-community price.
Garages in Naples Park range from older block construction to updated homes that have had complete renovations. Epoxy Guys see a mix of garage systems here: some owners want a clean flake finish for rental appeal, some want a metallic for a personal residence. Both work. Same prep standard, same warranty.
What we install in Naples Park
For a home garage in Naples Park, the system is the 5-Layer Lock Sequence: a diamond-ground slab, a full flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat, installed in one day. We also pour metallic and decorative floors for interiors and showrooms, and put the N.E.A.T. System down on commercial slabs. Every one of them carries the lifetime adhesion warranty.
