Olga is a small rural community in Lee County along the Caloosahatchee River, with agricultural properties and larger residential lots.

Olga properties often have larger garages and working spaces that benefit from a durable floor system. Epoxy Guys handle both residential garage installs and commercial-grade working-shop floors in the Olga area. No travel surcharge.

Sitting this close to the Caloosahatchee changes how a slab behaves. Ground moisture stays high on the river side of these properties, and a floor that feels bone dry in February can push enough vapor up through the concrete in August to lift a coating that was never primed for it, which is where most of the peeling garage floors we get called out to look at in Olga came from. We take a moisture reading before we spec anything, and where the numbers run high the floor gets a moisture-tolerant primer under the build. The other Olga regular is boat storage: trailer jacks and tongue weight put point loads on a garage floor that a car never will, and hull rinse water carries river silt and salt into the corners, so those bays get the harder topcoat and a coved edge where the slab meets the block.

What we install in Olga

For a business in Olga, it’s the N.E.A.T. System, our commercial floor for restaurants, retail stores, medical spaces, and warehouses. On the residential side, the Signature Garage Floor goes in over one day on a diamond-ground slab. For a showpiece interior, there are metallic and decorative finishes. Our lifetime adhesion warranty backs all of it.
