Heritage Bay Floors.
Engineered residential and commercial floor systems in Heritage Bay, FL. Epoxy Guys have been family-owned in Naples since 2012, and the install standard and lifetime adhesion warranty are the same in every Southwest Florida city we serve.
Heritage Bay is a bundled golf community in North Naples with a large clubhouse, multiple pool decks, and hundreds of attached and detached garages across the community.
Heritage Bay keeps Epoxy Guys busy on two fronts at once: HOA-managed commercial spaces and individual homeowner garage installs. Pool decks in the community get our UV-stable outdoor system. Garages get the Signature 5-Layer Lock Sequence. Club and common areas with high foot traffic get the N.E.A.T. System. All quotes free, no travel surcharge.
What we install in Heritage Bay
For a home garage in Heritage Bay, the system is the 5-Layer Lock Sequence: a diamond-ground slab, a full flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat, installed in one day. We also pour metallic and decorative floors for interiors and showrooms, and put the N.E.A.T. System down on commercial slabs. Every one of them carries the lifetime adhesion warranty.
