Most cheap installs skip the most important step: full mechanical surface preparation. We diamond-grind to a CSP-2 profile and use 100% solids commercial-grade systems. Lower-cost coatings often fail in 2-4 years, redo it twice and you’ve spent more than ours, plus you live through three installs. We’re not more expensive. We’re paid once.

Epoxy bonds beautifully to concrete and holds back moisture, but it ambers in sunlight. Polyaspartic is non-yellowing, flexible, scratch-resistant, and resists hot tire pickup, but it can’t carry the moisture barrier load on its own. We use both: epoxy as the base coat, polyaspartic as the topcoat. The strengths of each, none of the weaknesses.

Most residential garages are a 1-day install. You can walk on it in 24 hours and put vehicles back on it after 48-72 hours. We typically book 1-3 weeks out depending on schedule.

Lifetime adhesion. If the system ever peels or delaminates due to installation failure, we make it right. The warranty is non-transferable and covers the install, not normal wear from chemicals or abuse. Most of the budget contractor segment offers no adhesion warranty at all.

Yes. Removing a failing or low-grade existing coating is included as a complimentary upgrade in many cases. Heavy-duty removal is priced separately. We won’t install over a coating that’s going to take ours down with it.
