McGregor Floors.
Engineered residential and commercial floor systems in McGregor, FL, from a Naples family shop. Epoxy Guys have been at this since 2012, same install standard and same lifetime adhesion warranty across every Southwest Florida city we serve.
McGregor is one of Fort Myers’s most established residential corridors, with older estate homes, mature tree canopy, and garages that reflect decades of Florida living.
McGregor garages are some of the older slabs Epoxy Guys work on in Lee County: thick poured concrete from the 1960s-80s that may have oil penetration, settling, or original surface finishes that need removal. The prep work is real. We assess every slab before committing a system. The result is a floor that bonds correctly and lasts.
What we install in McGregor
For a home garage in McGregor, the system is the 5-Layer Lock Sequence: a diamond-ground slab, a full flake broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat, installed in one day. We also pour metallic and decorative floors for interiors and showrooms, and put the N.E.A.T. System down on commercial slabs. Every one of them carries the lifetime adhesion warranty.
