Berkshire Lakes Floors.
Engineered residential and commercial floor systems in Berkshire Lakes, FL. Epoxy Guys have been family-owned in Naples since 2012, same install standard and same lifetime adhesion warranty across every Southwest Florida city we serve.
Berkshire Lakes is an established residential community in central Naples, popular with long-term Naples residents and retirees who maintain their homes carefully.
Berkshire Lakes garage floors tend to be older slabs that have never been coated, or slabs where a previous coating failed and needs removal before a proper system goes down. Epoxy Guys handle both: fresh installs and coating removal followed by a proper 5-Layer Lock Sequence. Same prep standard regardless.
