Lely is an older established community in South Naples, distinct from the newer Lely Resort development next door.

Lely’s homes tend to be larger single-family residences on established lots with older slab construction. Epoxy Guys have installed floor systems in Lely on both residential garages and enclosed lanai spaces. The prep requirements on older slabs here are real: we grind, we check moisture, and we specify the right system before committing anything to the concrete.

Plenty of Lely garages have a golf-cart bay alongside the car bays, and that bay does not wear the same way. Carts come back off the course with wet tires and turf grit packed in the tread, and the charger sits over the same patch of slab all season. Grit under a rolling wheel is what scratches a floor, so a cart bay wants the full flake broadcast and a polyaspartic topcoat. Then there is water. Irrigation heads run before sunrise along the course edges, and overspray plus a rainy season that never really quits keeps slab humidity higher than it looks. A slab that reads wet gets a different primer, and skipping that test is how coatings around here end up bubbling a year later.

What we install in Lely

For a business in Lely, it’s the N.E.A.T. System, our commercial floor for restaurants, retail stores, medical spaces, and warehouses. On the residential side, the Signature Garage Floor goes in over one day on a diamond-ground slab. For a showpiece interior, there are metallic and decorative finishes. Our lifetime adhesion warranty backs all of it.

Coverage and scheduling

Lely is within our primary Southwest Florida service area. No travel surcharge, free onsite quotes, written quote within 24 hours. A fair number of owners here are north for part of the year, and a residential garage goes down in a single day, so we can do the walkthrough while you are in town and hold the install for a week you pick. If you would rather have it done while you are away, we need garage access and a working outlet, and we send photos when the floor is finished. To schedule, contact us online or call (239) 300-0546.
