Most epoxy floors fail because the prep was rushed. We start with mechanical diamond-grind to a CSP-2 profile on every install, and we don’t move forward until the slab is right.
Epoxy Guys began in 2012 with two installers, a single trailer in a Naples warehouse, and one core belief: a floor system is only as good as the bond underneath it. We watched too many homeowners get burned by acid-wash prep, single-coat installs, and warranties printed on glossy paper that vanished the moment something went wrong.
So we built the company we wished existed. Mechanical prep on every job. A real moisture barrier embedded into the slab before any flake hits the floor. A full broadcast, not partial coverage, and a polyaspartic topcoat that locks the whole system in place. The result is a floor that’s chemically and physically built into the concrete, not just stuck on top.
Fourteen years later, we’ve installed over two million square feet across Southwest Florida. Residential garages from Naples to Cape Coral. Aviation hangars on the runway in Fort Myers. Marina maintenance bays, automotive service drives, medical clinics, custom Porsche garages, retail showrooms, restaurant kitchens. The systems we install are still the same engineering, just refined a hundred times over by what every job teaches us.

Mechanical Prep, Always
Diamond-grind to a CSP-2 profile on every slab. No acid wash. No chemical etch. No shortcuts that look fine on day one and peel on month six.
Moisture-Tested First
Every slab gets tested for moisture vapor before we install. If hydrostatic pressure is too high, we adjust the system. We don’t bond a floor onto a slab that will reject it.
Written Lifetime Warranty
Real adhesion warranty, in writing, transferable to the next owner. No fine print that voids itself the first time you spill brake fluid.
